Hope church has joined with Mosaic Church this year to host the Empowered to Connect Conference (Rewind), through Show Hope. While the original dates for this conference were to be May 2nd and 9th, due to the quarantine in effect, Show Hope has changed the format to allow registrants to view the material at home on your own schedule, between now and May 31st. Registration for the new online conference is now free.

Experience practical teaching designed to encourage, educate and equip families, caregivers, churches, and professionals to better serve children impacted by adoption, foster care, and any adverse experiences. Featuring presentations on Trust-based Relational Intervention methods developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross from the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development, at Texas Christian University, Empowered To Connect helps to build attachment and connection in families.

We encourage all people interested in working with children and youth to view this material, as well as current and prospective foster or adoptive families.

Registration will give you a link to obtain the material as well as an invitation to join a private facebook group for support and discussion. You will also be given the option of connecting with someone through zoom, if you desire face to face contact and support.

If you register to receive CEU’s, you will be sending tracking documents directly to Show Hope. Instructions and forms will be linked in your confirmation email after you register.
